I recently needed to travel up into the city during the November 2020 lockdown and I was amazed at how quiet it actually was. I ended up travelling during what used to be called the rush hour and even had to catch the Central line between Mile End station and St Pauls. This is one of the busiest parts of the network as the next station eastwards is Stratford where many commuters from Essex make their way onto the tube network.
I was expecting the usual sardine tin packing but I was very pleasantly surprised to actually get a seat, and the carriage was empty enough that there were empty seats between people.

The whole journey was pretty stress free, and as you can see even the stations were empty with none of the solid mass of people all heading for the escalators.
With the lockdown ended I am guessing that the tube has gotten slightly more crowded and I have another journey to do next week so I will compare.
