When going through some old images of Docklands Light Railway stock taken on 3rd November 2006 I noticed that in one of the shots of some B92 stock unit no.77 the rear part of the train is painted rather strangely.

As you can see in the above image the last 2 cars are painted yellow and blue with alternate colours on each car. The doors are painted in contrasting colours. There doesn’t appear to be any other livery markings or branding on the cars although I am not sure if the train was in service.
The image was taken from a set of steps on the raised section of the A1011 Silvertown Way just south of Canning Town station in London (GPS 51.509019, 0.013407) . The next station is Royal Victoria, but the train could have been on-route to Beckton depot. I obviously wasn’t paying attention as I didn’t notice anything strange that day.
Perhaps someone could supply some more information.
